A: Yes, we provide samples. Plain samples and digital printing samples are complimentary. Customers are responsible for the freight charges, which will be quoted based on your location and preferred courier.

A: Our normal payment is 30% T/T in advance ,balance against B/L copy.

Q3: Is the transportation safe enough?
A: Yes, we ensure safe transportation by using 5-ply reinforced corrugated export-grade boxes designed to withstand long-distance shipping.

A: Our products' loading capacity is ensured by multiple factors: tear-resistant base paper, reinforced handles and bottoms, and high-performance adhesives. We conduct strict weight-bearing tests and can provide test reports upon request.

Q6: How do I know my order was accepted?
A: Upon receiving your order, we will promptly send a formal contract via email for your review. Once you confirm and return the signed copy along with the required deposit, your order will be officially accepted and enter production.
