A: Our warranty is 2 years without secondary use.
Please note: As our products are designed for single-use, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from reuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
Q2: Where do you buy the raw material?
A: We source our raw materials from a select network of reputable suppliers across the world, primarily from domestic, part from Europe, Japan, and South Korea. Furthermore, we also accept and can process paper materials provided directly by our customers.
Q3: What kind of ink do you use?
A: We use environmentally friendly water-based inks that are non-toxic and comply with international safety standards.
Q4: Which port do you ship?.
A: In China, we ship from XIAMEN port, ZHUHAI/SHENZHEN port, NANJING port, TIANJIN port, WUHAN port. In Indonesia, we ship from Samarang port. If you need to ship from other ports is also workable for us.
